General Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions govern all business relations between Vektor Waffen Handelsgesellschaft mbH (hereinafter "Vektor Waffen") and customers placing orders via the online platform https://vektorwaffen.com or at our affiliated European branches.
§ 2 Statutory Licensing Requirements
(1) Handguns and ammunition are exclusively transferred to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and hold verified authorization under the laws of their state of residence (e.g., WBK, SIA account, Zbrojní průkaz, WES).
(2) Customers are strictly required to furnish their full official license credentials (including National Firearms Register IDs or relevant police authorization numbers) upon ordering.
§ 3 Formation of Contract & Condition Precedent
Any purchase agreement concerning firearms is executed strictly under the suspensive condition precedent of successful official permit validation by our compliance arm and relevant national registries. If valid licensing cannot be verified within 14 calendar days, the customer's order lapses without legal effect.
§ 4 Dedicated Transport & In-Person Identity Verification
(1) Shipping of firearms is conducted exclusively through accredited high-security couriers with mandatory "In-person delivery with identity and age verification".
(2) Deliveries to automated parcel stations, neighbors, or third-party drop boxes are strictly prohibited by law.
(3) In the event of branch pick-up (Hamburg, Prague, Strasbourg, Zurich), physical handover occurs exclusively following in-person verification of physical identity and original permit documents.
§ 5 Pricing & Approved Payment Gateways
All displayed prices include applicable value added tax (VAT). In compliance with international financial compliance regarding arms commerce, payments are accepted via direct SEPA transfer, Novalnet licensed payment systems, and direct payment upon branch collection.
§ 6 Retention of Title & Statutory Warranty
Delivered firearms remain the property of Vektor Waffen until full settlement of payment. Standard European consumer protection and statutory defect warranty provisions apply.
