Right of Withdrawal
Statutory return provisions and mandatory firearms transport security rules
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify:
Vektor Waffen Handelsgesellschaft mbH
Glockengießerwall 15, 20095 Hamburg, Germany
Phone / WhatsApp: +49 15216685014 | Email: widerruf@vektorwaffen.com
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter or email).
Statutory Prohibition of Standard Postal Returns
Under European firearm security regulations, licensed firearms must under no circumstances be returned via standard postal parcel services (such as standard post, DHL Parcel, DPD, or Hermes).
In the event of a valid withdrawal, Vektor Waffen will schedule an accredited security firearms courier to collect the firearm directly from your registered license address.
Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Due to dangerous goods classification and mandatory armed or two-factor security courier transport, return shipping costs are flat-rated at 49.00 EUR within Germany and at documented courier cost across European destinations.
Statutory Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Firearms customized or modified to customer specifications (e.g. individual gunsmith engraving, trigger tuning, Cerakote finishes).
- Ammunition or sealed safety items where packaging has been opened after delivery.
Statutory Firearms Register De-Registration
Upon physical return of a firearm, Vektor Waffen will immediately notify the relevant national firearms registry. The license holder remains statutory obliged to report the return to their local licensing authority for permit adjustment within statutory deadlines.
